  6. TOPIK Public Domain is a series of disks set up by Robert Lang.

  8. The name reflects the aim of me (Robert), in that the disks will be set up
  9. in TOPICS, and that the software on TOPIK disks will be the TOP-PICK of
  10. public domain.

  12. If you have any comments, criticisms, congratulations, or any of the like, I
  13. can be contacted at the address below.

  15. All information appearing on TOPIK disks is believed to in the Public
  16. Domain, Shareware, or Freely Distributable as indicate.  If this turns
  17. out to be the contrary, contact me and the offending material will
  18. be removed with the appropriate apologies.  If you have software that you
  19. are releasing into the any of the above software areas, feel free to send it
  20. in so we can include it on a future TOPIK disk.
